Job summary

North Shore Health is hiring a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florence, WI. The role leads the center's overall operations, finances, and clinical excellence, reporting to the North Shore Health leadership team.

Responsibilities include census development, AR/collections management, NOI maximization, resident care, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, productive work environment for staff.

Along with this position is eligible for participation in a quarterly leadership incentive program. Responsible for overall center management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects. Accountable for, but not limited to, census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, maximization of Net Operating Income, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, a positive return on investment, an effective business plan and implementation of Center core programs. Acts as the Center representative in the center and community. Follows all Center policies and procedures. Completes rounds of entire center premises at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.

Required Education and Experience

• Previous experience in post-acute care setting
• Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
• Demonstrated success leading a fun and productive work environment
