Job summary

North Shore Health's Florence Health Services is seeking an Executive Director (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Florence, WI. You will oversee operations, clinical quality, census development, and staff engagement, driving the center toward operational excellence and resident-focused care.

This full-time role offers wages up to $120,000 annually based on experience, unlimited PTO, growth opportunities, and a quarterly leadership incentive program to recognize outstanding leadership.

• Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
• Demonstrated success leading a fun and productive work environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee center management, profitability, operations and direction in all aspects.
• Accountable for census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, maximization of Net Operating Income, resident/patient care.
• Ensure state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations and a strong ROI.
• Act as the Center representative in the center and community, following all policies and procedures.

Responsible for overall center management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects. Accountable for, but not limited to, census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, maximization of Net Operating Income, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, a positive return on investment, an effective business plan and implementation of Center core programs. Acts as the Center representative in the center and community. Follows all Center policies and procedures. Completes rounds of entire center premises at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.

Required Education and Experience

• Previous experience in post-acute care setting
• Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
