Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an experienced, licensed Executive Director to lead the team at North Capitol Nursing & Rehab. The role balances operational excellence with compassionate leadership, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, compliance, budgeting and staff development to deliver high-quality resident care.

The position requires an HFA license and the ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, within a values-driven organization

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in skilled nursing including QAPI and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of Federal and State guidelines and resident rights.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, staff and community partners with empathy.
