H2R Consulting LLC is seeking an Executive Director for the Louisville Youth Group in Kentucky. This pivotal role involves providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing financial management, and ensuring alignment with organizational mission and values. Qualifications

• Strong commitment to the wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ communities, particularly LGBTQIA+ youth, and to social justice principles.
• Experience in nonprofit operations; experience with 501(c)(3) and/or 501(c)(4) organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in youth development (e.g., community-based, social justice, holistic, or asset-based models).
• Proven team leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, development strategy, team leadership, and grant writing.
• Familiarity with research methods and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization.
• Oversee all human and financial resources necessary to advance LYG’s mission.
• Serve as the primary ambassador for LYG, communicate its mission, programs, and impact.
• Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with relevant committees.
• Oversee payroll and financial operations.
• Assess and strengthen LYG’s organizational infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
