Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in nonprofit management.
• Master’s degree preferred; LGBTQIA+ or youth-serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead through growth and change.
