Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to execute full-cycle donor strategy.
• Experience closing $1M+ gifts; track record of $5M+ in proposals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of UT and Texas Development priorities.
• Build and manage a 40–60 donor portfolio.
• Lead leadership gifts of $5M+ and seven-/eight-figure gifts to establish a strong pipeline.
