Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience closing $1M+ gifts annually and raising $5M+.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet prospects.
• Strong emotional intelligence with strategic, entrepreneurial thinking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active portfolio of 40–60 prospective donors.
• Close leadership gifts at $5M+ and seven- to eight-figure gifts.
• Produce $25M+ annually within three years.
• Collaborate with campus leaders and development staff on funding opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and maintain donor records.
