Job summary

Social Venture Partners Seattle seeks an experienced Executive Director to galvanize a community of 300+ Partners and investees, guiding SVP’s strategic direction, fundraising, and program leadership in the Puget Sound region.

The ideal candidate will weave equity into every aspect of SVP’s work, build strong relationships across diverse communities, and lead staff, board, and volunteers toward lasting social impact.

Qualifications

• Team builder, mentor, and coach who supports learning and growth.
• Compelling storyteller and confident “asker” who invites others to join in transformative work.
• Experienced executive leader who knows how to run a healthy, sustainable nonprofit.

• Guide and support the Board of Directors in setting SVP’s strategic direction and ensuring financial sustainability.
• Recruit, engage and retain Partners who want to amplify their impact in the community.
• Lead, develop and support the teams that manage our programs and operations.
