Job summary

Social Venture Partners International (SVPI) seeks a CEO to lead the global SVP network with a focus on equity, inclusion, and donor engagement. The role requires strategic fundraising, financial stewardship, and servant leadership to grow affiliates and impact while collaborating across cultures.

The successful candidate will travel up to 25% internationally and domestically and may be based in Seattle or another SVP affiliate city with strong remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with budget and staff oversight.
• Experience in fundraising, major gifts, and partnerships with foundations/corporations.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice in philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-impact international Board of Directors.
• Grow revenue and expand the SVP network through fundraising strategies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting with fiscal transparency.
• Develop staff through servant leadership and a culture of growth.
• Strengthen affiliate network and provide proactive support.
• Represent SVPI externally to funders, partners and the public.
