Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related).
• Minimum of two years’ experience with Serious Mental Illness or behavioral health needs.
• Minimum of two years’ direct supervisory or healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee iRISE residential settings and in-home supports to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Align supports with PCSP to foster independence and housing stability.
• Lead crisis intervention and trauma-informed de-escalation.
