Qualifications

• Active Florida license as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMHC required.
• Senior operations leadership experience in inpatient behavioral health preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical, medical, administrative, and support departments.
• Lead and develop department leaders while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, performance metrics, census goals, and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain compliance with Florida regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Partner with clinical, admissions, business development, and executive leadership to support growth.
