Job summary

Hanover is seeking a Managing Director – Industrial Asset Management to lead a nationwide portfolio of industrial assets. This leader will drive strategy, leasing, and financial performance, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maximize asset value.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, overseeing operations and capital projects, and delivering detailed asset reports. Strong leadership and 7–10 years in CRE are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in CRE asset management and leasing, industrial exposure preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with modeling, IRR analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with executives, investors, and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset-level business plans with leasing strategies, capital projects, budgeting, and disposition plans.
• Lead performance reviews and reforecasting for industrial assets based on market changes and results.
• Oversee rent rolls, leases (new and renewals), occupancy, capex, and NOI performance.
• Coordinate with Development Partners, property management, accounting, construction, leasing, and legal teams.
• Prepare quarterly and annual asset performance reports for leadership and investors.
• Support refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition activities including due diligence coordination.
• Provide oversight and mentoring to junior analysts involved in asset reporting and analysis.
