Job summary

The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, partners with staff and community leaders, and acts as AIRR's external representative with funders and public officials, while upholding AIRR's grassroots power-building identity.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership in nonprofit, advocacy, or related field.
• Proven fundraising and donor-development experience with diversified revenue.
• Experience overseeing budgets, compliance, and board relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy, including grants, individuals, events, and partnerships.
• Provide strategic direction for organizing campaigns and community power-building.
• Oversee staff, volunteers, and external relationships with funders and partners.
• Ensure financial health, operations, governance, and program impact.
