Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' leadership in the nonprofit sector.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong communication across diverse communities.
• Fundraising, financial management, board development.
• Strategic planning and community organizing experience.
• Commitment to immigrant justice and equity.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Center the organization on its mission while ensuring financial health and operational integrity.
• Lead fundraising and external relations to advance CWJFON's equity goals.
• Collaborate with board, staff, clients and partners to operationalize mission, vision and values.
