Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an Executive Director to lead the Division of Imaging Services, overseeing operational, clinical and financial performance across sites. You will collaborate with physician leaders, senior administration and finance to set annual goals aligned with the organization's mission.

You will drive program development, budgeting, and revenue-cycle optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care across LHMC and BI Lahey Health affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (BS/BA or BSN).
• MSN/MBA/MHA or related master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and facilitate organized meetings/workgroups.
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects with competing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to influence others at all organizational levels in project-related situations.
• Strong analytic skills to interpret data for process improvement.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Sets the strategic vision of the divisions and executes that mission.
• Oversees all new multi-disciplinary program development across the divisions.
• Leads strategic development and deployment of the divisions across LHMC and Beth Israel Lahey Health affiliates.
• Develops relationships with physician leadership, senior administration and colleagues to achieve division goals.
• Identifies new treatment modalities and develops practical business plans to support them.
• Participates in marketing initiatives within assigned divisions and reports on results.
• Directs daily operations by translating strategy into goals, workflows and plans.
• Prepares departmental budgets and financial projections with leadership.
• Manages revenue cycle improvements and budgeting targets.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (DPH, OSHA, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Maintains open communication with physicians, staff and management.
