Job summary

Community Options, Inc. seeks an experienced Executive Director to manage our residential operations in York, PA. The role oversees compliance, growth and development, budget, and workforce development to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Executive Director will lead daily operations, engage with state and governmental agencies, and drive fundraising initiatives, grant opportunities, and organizational advancement for the national mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven executive or senior management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and compliance with state licensing and reporting standards
• Assess operational issues and develop comprehensive solutions to maintain a high-quality program
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
• Locate and recommend appropriate grant and funding opportunities
• Conduct fundraising activities that effectively promote the needs of the national organization
• Promote and maintain a positive public image of Community Options and our mission
• Interface with local, state and governmental agencies
• Participate in developing long and short-term department goals, objectives, and systems

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to manage our residential operations in York, PA! The Executive Director is responsible for all operations for the region including compliance, growth and development, budget and workforce development.
