Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
• 17+ years of progressive HR technology leadership, including large-scale Workday (HCM) programs.
• Deep expertise in Workday architecture, release strategy, and integrations.
• Familiarity with technology needs of business development, corporate strategy, or alliance management functions is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, set standards across functional areas, and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap for HR and related functions, aligning investments with enterprise priorities.
• Own and optimize the HR technology portfolio, including Workday and related platforms for talent acquisition, employee experience, learning, and analytics.
• Deliver technology solutions for business development, alliance management, and AI-enabled opportunity intelligence.
• Build and lead a global technology organization, developing talent and driving execution across complex functions.
• Drive measurable outcomes in hiring, onboarding, HR service delivery, deal execution, and platform reliability.
