• Proven ability to build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategy and implementation; provide overall leadership of organizational operations.
• Advance growth initiatives; provide direct oversight of program evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities; support with grant strategy, reporting, and overall grant lifecycle management.
• Partner closely with the Board of Directors on organizational growth, governance, and policy implementation.
• Supervise and support department leaders while fostering continued collaboration.
• Oversee contracts, compliance and reporting requirements, fiscal administration, and human resources.
• Strengthen partnerships with government entities, housing organizations, and community partners.
• Serve as a visible ambassador for Arcata House Partnership in the community and across the State.
