Salary ranges from $94,688 to $142,032 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package; position offers

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• CT state requirements: Master’s degree in nursing or a bachelor’s degree; at least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Enhances the profitability of the agency; provides motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assures the quality of services delivered.
