Genesis Health Foundation, the nonprofit arm of Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Chicagoland, seeks an Executive Director to turn mission into a fundraising machine and durable capital for indigent care.

You'll own strategy, donor development, partnerships, board management, grant operations, and the infrastructure to operate a high-performance nonprofit, reporting directly to Genesis leadership and aligning clinical and financial work to expand access to care.

Formación

• Proven ability to build a donor pipeline with high-net-worth individuals.
• Experience closing major gifts and overseeing boards used for fundraising.
• Track record in securing grants and managing donor partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, donor development, institutional partnerships, board management, grant operations, community presence and infrastructure.
• Work closely with Genesis leadership to align fundraising with clinical impact and indigent care goals.
• Translate clinical outcomes into compelling investment cases for sophisticated donors.
