Mattapan Food and Fitness Coalition (MFFC) in Boston seeks an Executive Director to lead community health, food access and active living initiatives, and to guide the organization into its third decade. You will partner with an Advisory Board, staff, and TSNE, drive fundraising, strategy, and external relationships, and ensure programs stay rooted in resident voice and equity.

The role requires a steady, collaborative leader with a track record of governance, budgeting, and inclusive leadership

Competenze

• Significant leadership experience in nonprofit/public health settings.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of fundraising and grant development.
• Ability to build partnerships with funders, government, and community groups.
