• Conduct independent credit assessments for complex project finance transactions.
• Lead due diligence, structuring, and analysis for potential deals.
• Present credit cases to Credit Approval and Management Committees.
• Review credit terms in legal documents and monitor portfolio risk.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Legal, and Risk Management functions.
