Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of senior nonprofit leadership/executive director experience with revenue growth and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary public spokesperson and lead fundraising strategy.
• Set strategic direction with the Board and monitor organizational performance.
• Oversee HR, operations, and financial planning with department leads.
• Cultivate major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Manage board relations and ensure regulatory compliance.
