Job summary

The Senior Director of Graduate Enrollment Management at Gies College of Business will lead enterprise‑level recruitment, admissions, and enrollment strategy, partnering with the Associate Dean to translate vision into measurable outcomes for residential and online graduate portfolios.

This on‑site Urbana‑Champaign role directs two recruitment and admissions teams, manages budgets, forecasts enrollment and tuition revenue, and collaborates with MarCom, departments, and external partners to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in graduate enrollment management or related field.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑level recruitment, admissions, and enrollment strategy.
• Oversee two high‑performing recruitment and admission teams (residential and online).
• Manage budgets, resources, and forecasting for enrollment and tuition revenue.
• Collaborate with MarCom, academic departments, and external partners to align strategy.
