Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of experience, with preference for graduate recruiting, admission and sales.
• Demonstrated professionalism with diverse audiences both internal and external.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral presentation, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of graduate recruiting practices, strategy, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive territory marketing plan to attract and admit students.
• Collaborate with Kellstadt team to analyze marketing and enrollment data.
• Co-manage admission funnel and respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Contact prospective students with incomplete applications and guide them toward enrollment.
• Ensure admitted students understand next steps for matriculation and enrollment.
