The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Executive Director, Influencer Marketing to lead global strategy and framework for influencer initiatives across brands and affiliates. You will shape how influencers are identified, engaged, and measured, embedding influencer as a core growth lever.
You'll collaborate with IT, legal, and marketing teams to scale platforms, establish KPI standards, and govern partnerships, ensuring consistent, scalable execution across the enterprise.

Role Overview: The Executive Director, Influencer Marketing partners with global brands and affiliates to operationalize and elevate influencer marketing across all ELC brands. This role is responsible for developing frameworks to identify and engage different tiers of influencers, enabling the selection and adoption of the right global technology platforms for discovery and performance measurement, and designing the operating model including agency partnerships and market collaboration that supports consistent, scalable execution. The Executive Director ensures influencer marketing is embedded as a strategic enabler of our new global Growth Marketing practice, delivering brand equity and measurable business impact across the enterprise.
Anticipated Base Salary Range $158,650.00 to $272,700.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
