Job summary

Merck & Co. seeks a senior leader to drive clinical trial operations, aligning strategy with execution across HQ-sponsored programs. You will oversee planning, budget, and delivery while coordinating with Clinical Development and GCTO functions. Emphasis on AI-enabled modernization and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, scientific discipline preferred
Advanced scientific degree preferred or equivalent experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

Translate TA objectives into executable operational strategies for clinical programs.
Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical program portfolio on time and within budget.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation for trial delivery.
Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership for a global team and talent development.
