You will guide cross-functional teams across Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Clinical Supplies to ensure on-time, on-budget program execution with high quality. The role emphasizes AI- and automation-enabled modernization, proactive risk management, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH) while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline is required.
• 12+ years of experience in clinical development programs (pharma/biotech/CRO) or equivalent.
• Experience planning and executing clinical trials and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate TA objectives into operational strategies for all clinical programs and studies.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the clinical program portfolio on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Oversee risk management, budgets, KPIs, and quality across domains.
• Partner with Clinical leadership and external networks to align operational feasibility.
• Champion modernization with AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
