• Develop, maintain, and own the asset strategy for CLYM116 from late-stage development through launch.
• Lead the lifecycle management strategy beyond initial launch, including indication expansion and combination opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional program team across Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Commercial; set vision and priorities.
• Serve as alliance lead with partner, chair governance, manage contract obligations and milestones, and ensure aligned decision making.
• Translate asset strategy into execution plans, timelines, interdependencies, and resourcing.
• Establish governance processes, decision frameworks, and accountability mechanisms.
