You will translate asset strategy into an integrated execution plan, manage the program timeline, risks, and operating rhythm, and partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC, and non-clinical teams to deliver milestones. The role requires strong execution, forward-planning, and facilitation skills, plus experience with AI tools and integrated systems to scale planning,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotechnology/pharma drug development; 5+ years in program management on clinical programs
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across clinical, regulatory, nonclinical, and commercial
• Strong communication skills for exec audiences and governance
• Experience with AI-enabled planning and low-code automation a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate IDP into an integrated program timeline and own end-to-end delivery
• Maintain current view of commitments and status across regulatory and clinical milestones
• Prepare updates and materials for leadership and Board presentations
• Lead forward planning, scenario analysis, and trade-off decisions
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Run program governance forums, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
• Coordinate partner collaboration, joint governance, and contract milestones
• Support annual planning and long-range inputs with Finance
