Job summary

St. Bartholomew's Conservancy is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization from retirement of the current ED.

The role centers on fundraising with supportive administration to maintain operations, guiding restoration and preservation efforts for a public site, and stewarding community relationships to broaden support. The ED will report to the Board of Directors, drive mission advancement, build a diversified donor base, and provide financial leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 in a nonprofit environment.
• Proven success raising significant gifts, five-figure or larger.
• Grant writing experience and financial management skills including budget prep.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission and relationship stewardship and fundraissng efforts.
• Provide financial leadership and management for the organization.
• Lead program initiatives and maintain Board reporting.
• Attend events evenings and weekends to develop relationships and raise profile.
