Pinnacle Groves Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Rogers, Arkansas community. You will drive strategic plans, supervise staff, and ensure excellent resident care and satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Salary range aligns with senior living administration; adventuring duties include weekend on‑duty rotations.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Two years of college or equivalent education and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Active and in good standing LNHA or RCAL for the state of Arkansas.
• Knowledge of requirements for providing appropriate care and supervision of residents.
• Knowledge of and ability to conform to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Ability to maintain or supervise financial and other records.
• Ability to direct the work of others and provide necessary leadership for growth and satisfaction.
• Good character and integrity.

Salary: $97,240 to $118,560

Bonus: Paid out monthly

Shift: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; Manager on Duty weekend rotation 10am–2pm

Skills and Attributes

• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who loves residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information into systems.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling for brief periods of time.
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable sitting at a desk between six and eight hours a day (primarily sedentary).
• Criminally cleared.
• Clean driving record per insurance carrier’s policy.
