Arrow Senior Living in Ballwin, MO, is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community at The Henry Senior Living Wentzville. This full-time role offers a salary range of $106,000–$137,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call rotations.

You will drive strategy, ensure compliant operations, and promote resident well‑being while managing financials and staff. The role requires integrity, licensing, and strong leadership in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or three years of experience in residential care for the elderly (or equivalent).
• Active Missouri LANHA or RCAL license in good standing.
• Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Ability to maintain or supervise financial and other records.
• Leadership to direct others and achieve measurable growth and satisfaction.
• Good character and reputation for personal integrity.

Executive Director – Full time

Location: Ballwin, Missouri

Salary Range: $106,000 – $137,000

Shift Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00 with MOD rotation and on call

Workplace: The Henry Senior Living Wentzville, 785 Henry Ave, Ballwin, MO 63011

Additional Competencies

• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who loves residents.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering information into systems.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling for brief periods.
• Capable of frequently lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable sitting at a desk for six to eight hours a day; primarily sedentary.
• Criminally cleared.
• Clean driving record per insurance carrier’s policy.
