ProMedica Foundation at Memorial Hospital is seeking an Executive Director to advance ProMedica’s mission by securing and stewarding philanthropic support across regional hospital foundations.

You will lead strategy and implementation of all facets of philanthropy—from annual giving to events and capital campaigns—with engagement of the board, hospital leadership, and community partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in fundraising, development, or related strategic roles; healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or development.
• Experience with donor management systems such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Secure and steward philanthropic support for regional hospital foundations.
• Coordinate with the board and hospital leadership; liaise with volunteer committees.

Job Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Executive Director, ProMedica Foundations, you advance ProMedica’s Mission through securing and stewarding philanthropic support for several regional hospital foundations.

You are a champion of ProMedica and serve as a key facilitator at the board and hospital leadership level and serve as liaison to multiple volunteer committees and at external community events.

As Executive Director, you provide strategy and implementation of all facets of philanthropy ranging from annual fund to events and capital initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study and three years or more experience in a sophisticated development, customer service, sales, business role; healthcare-related preferred.
• 5 years of experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in utilization of donor software system such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce.
