Job summary

ProMedica Shared Services, LLC in Toledo, OH seeks an Executive Director of ProMedica Foundations to lead strategy, fundraising, events and capital campaigns that support regional hospital foundations.

You will partner with hospital leadership and volunteer committees to secure gifts, steward donors, and advance the mission through comprehensive philanthropic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and three years or more experience in a sophisticated development, customer service, sales, business role; healthcare-related preferred.
• Five years of experience preferred.
• Experience with donor software such as Raiser's Edge or Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance ProMedica’s Mission through securing and stewarding philanthropic support for regional hospital foundations.
• Serve as a liaison to multiple volunteer committees and at external community events.
• Provide strategy and implementation of all facets of philanthropy, from annual fund to events and capital initiatives.
