Job summary

ProMedica Foundations is seeking an Executive Director to advance the ProMedica mission by securing and stewarding philanthropic support across regional hospital foundations. You will act as a champion of ProMedica, facilitating boards and hospital leadership, while aligning strategy and implementation of annual funds, events, and capital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study and three years or more experience in a sophisticated development, customer service, sales, business role; healthcare-related preferred.

Job Summary: As the Executive Director, ProMedica Foundations, you advance ProMedica’s Mission through securing and stewarding philanthropic support for several regional hospital foundations. You are a champion of ProMedica and serve as a key facilitator at the board and hospital leadership level and serve as liaison to multiple volunteer committees and at external community events. As Executive Director, you provide strategy and implementation of all facets of philanthropy ranging from annual fund to events and capital initiatives. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study and three years or more experience in a sophisticated development, customer service, sales, business role; healthcare-related preferred. 5 years of experience.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in utilization of donor software system such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce.
