Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic, service-oriented Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in a full-time role based in Palm Springs, CA. This leadership position will drive profitability, oversee brand standards, and manage all F&B operations including banquets and catering, while leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeted revenues and expenses for Food & Beverage; drive profitability.
• Monitor cost controls across inventory, sales, and payroll.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through outstanding product and service quality.
• Direct daily activities of staff; plan, assign, and prioritize work; ensure coverage.
• Lead banquet and catering operations; review menus and pricing.
