Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets; drive revenue, occupancy, and cost control.
• Lead department leaders; ensure staffing, training, and performance accountability.
• Drive sales and marketing with the community sales leader to meet occupancy targets.
• Build relationships with local influencers and public agencies to raise community profile.
