Job summary

Responsibilities include leading the Field Operations organization, establishing standards and governance, forecasting resources, coordinating with owners and partners, and driving safety, quality, and productivity. Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred; 20+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in progressive construction and field operations.
• Experience in complex industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure or data center environments.
• Experience with EPC, EPCM, or owner-led delivery models.
• Proven ability to lead large field organizations and simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Field Operations organization with clear performance expectations.
• Establish consistent construction standards, processes, and governance across projects.
• Forecast and deploy field leadership resources across multiple projects.
• Provide operational oversight to Project Directors, Construction Managers and field teams.
• Review plans, staffing strategies, site logistics, and project readiness.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, schedule and staffing performance.
• Lead project start-up reviews and intervene when at risk.
• Coordinate field execution with owners, engineering, procurement and subscontractors.
• Advance digital field systems, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, mentor and retain senior field leaders; strengthen succession readiness.
