Job summary

Maguire, a century-old leader in water storage solutions, seeks a Director of Field Maintenance Operations to oversee nationwide rehabilitation and maintenance projects. You will drive field efficiency, safety, and financial performance while scaling capabilities to support growth.

You will manage macro-scheduling, KPI development, and crew recruitment; partner with Project Management, Logistics, and Field Operations; mentor Foremen and crews; ensure compliance with OSHA and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in water tank or related field operations.
• Proven ability to lead large construction teams across multiple sites.
• Ability to analyze master project schedules and engineering drawings.
• Strong proficiency in labor cost analysis and budgeting.
• Excellent executive presence and stakeholder negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic operational leadership, scheduling, and resource allocation for field crews.
• Standardize SOPs, drive continuous improvement, and monitor KPIs and safety metrics.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for field personnel.
• Collaborate with PM, Logistics, and Field Ops to align pre-construction planning with field execution.
