• 10+ years in External Audit, Internal Audit, or External Financial Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards.
• Analytical skills with data analytics experience.

• Ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Corporate Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Data to drive a best-in-class QA program.
• Drive end-to-end QA lifecycle from test strategy to results analysis and conclusions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global QA team with clear objectives and performance feedback.
• Represent QA in governance forums with senior management updates on progress and risk.
• Develop and lead technology transformation to improve efficiency, including automation.
• Stay current with evolving industry and regulatory changes and assess impact on processes.
