Job summary

Every Good Gift seeks an Executive Director who is a mature Christian and capable of providing spiritual, strategic, operational, and financial leadership to advance the ministry's mission in the Philadelphia region.

The role reports to the Board, partners with staff and volunteers, and oversees program delivery, fundraising, budgeting, and community relationships from our Glenside, PA location, with a commitment to integrity and compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Every Good Gift’s Christian mission and agreement with our Statement of Faith.
• Five or more years of not-for-profit, ministry, or organizational leadership experience.
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor development, financial management, and staff or volunteer leadership.
