Qualifications

15+ years of senior security leadership experience.
Proven track record leading cross-functional security programs.
Experience in translating security risk to business terms.
Strong communication with executive stakeholders.
Knowledge of security control frameworks (NIST/ISO/HITRUST/HIPAA/PCI).
Proven ability to manage programs and projects across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to business-unit leadership and align cybersecurity with initiatives.
Define and report KPIs and metrics to senior leadership in accessible terms.
Drive risk management strategy with objective prioritization and execution.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with timely delivery and governance.
Develop executive-level communications, reports, and memos.
Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Organize meetings, set agendas, and ensure action items are followed up.
