Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Executive Director - BISO to lead the enterprise cybersecurity program across CVS Health lines of business. This senior role requires embedding security strategy into business initiatives and guiding governance, risk management, and organizational change.

You will communicate with senior leadership, translate risk into business terms, drive KPIs, and oversee a culture of security excellence across the company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in senior leadership with strategy, people leadership, and stakeholder management.
• 10+ years in a GRC or technical security program at enterprise scale.
• 5+ years of direct experience as a BISO or Head BISO.
• 5+ years partnering with business unit leaders to translate cybersecurity risk into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business unit leadership on cybersecurity.
• Define and report KPIs and metrics to senior leaders.
• Drive risk management strategy and prioritize cross-functional work.
• Lead or sponsor large-scale initiatives with alignment to strategic goals.
• Develop communications for internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
