Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead across CareLinx, Health Data Solutions, Population Health, Life Sciences, and Corporate initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships & Administration, you will establish centralized intake, build executive reporting, mentor teams, and manage budgets while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project management roles.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across divisions.
Design and implement executive reporting processes for portfolios, risks, and outcomes.
Lead and manage cross-divisional projects from initiation through closure.
Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Interface with division leaders and executive leadership including VP of Partnerships & Administration and C-suite.
Coordinate cross-functional work teams and interdependencies across divisions.
Create and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Monitor and report on project progress; identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
Measure and track KPIs; deliver regular status updates to executives.
Lead change management activities for deliverables adoption.
Develop after-action reports and capture lessons learned.
Mentor and guide project managers across divisions.
Manage project budgets and optimize resource use.
Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction ratings.
