Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead across CareLinx, Health Data Solutions, Population Health, Life Sciences, and Corporate initiatives. This role owns project intake, executive reporting, and hands-on delivery, driving alignment with strategic objectives while optimizing quality, cost, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in progressive project management roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Healthcare, technology, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage centralized project intake across divisions.
• Design executive reporting for portfolio visibility and outcomes.
• Lead cross-divisional projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain enterprise project management standards.
