Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years progressive analytics experience, or 15+ years with 6+ years in data analytics
• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience with direct reports
• Minimum six (6) years of general management experience, including Director-level equivalent in healthcare
• Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in data analytics or related field
• Minimum six (6) years leading enterprise data, analytics, or technology teams
• Five (5) years of experience interacting with executive leadership in a complex organization
