Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in engineering, sourcing, or product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the engineering and sourcing strategy for the Accessories, Safety, and Training Solutions portfolio.
• Lead development and commercialization of innovative products aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Champion Customer Back Innovation from concept to launch for meaningful value and differentiation.
• Guide product lifecycle strategies with Product Management to maximize growth and profitability.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product Management to implement the division's strategic roadmap.
