Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, an ITW Company, seeks a Product Manager for the Industrial Equipment & Automation division. Onsite roles available in Carol Stream, IL or Appleton, WI. You will own portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle, and go‑to‑market plans, driving revenue, margin, and customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer insights into strategy, and partner with sales and marketing to deliver results. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Technical aptitude with industrial equipment, automation, welding, software, or related technologies preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and lifecycle plan.
• Lead Product Management and marketing activities from Discover through Deploy, including VOC, value proposition, requirements, and go-to-market planning.
• Ensure revenue, margin, adoption, and customer experience commitments.
• Serve as the product contact for sales, product support, and key customers.
• Own product revenue, variable margin, profitability, and overall portfolio performance.
