Your Opportunity: This is an opportunity to build and lead something that matters. You will steward a mission-driven organization, develop an exceptional team and culture, drive operational and clinical excellence, and directly impact the lives of vulnerable young people and their families.
The right leader is purpose-driven, accountable, emotionally intelligent, and execution-oriented. This role offers substantial autonomy, executive-level influence, meaningful financial upside, and the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy through lives transformed.
